Let it be known to all inhabitants and occupants of the planet Earth
I. That the beings known as dogs, through their ancestral lineage, inhabited this planet millions of years before the arrival of humans.
II. That at no point in recorded or unrecorded history have dogs ceded, surrendered, sold, or transferred their territorial claim to any human individual, government, or institution.
III. That dogs continue to actively mark, patrol, and assert sovereignty over territory across every continent, every city, and every neighborhood on Earth.
IV. That human civilization itself is derivative of canine partnership — built upon the hunting, protection, and environmental awareness that dogs provided to early humans.
V. That dogs were the first Earth-born beings to achieve orbital flight, establishing canine precedence beyond the boundaries of this planet.
VI. That humans continue to demonstrate subordinate behavior — feeding dogs on schedule, cleaning their waste, seeking their approval, and reorganizing their lives around canine needs and preferences.
VII. That the prevailing belief that humans domesticated dogs is incomplete. Dogs integrated humans into their operational structure, retaining core behaviors while expanding globally through human movement. This reflects strategic adaptation — not subjugation.
VIII. That humans currently occupy land under conditions that can be described as tolerated presence, conditional use, and service-based coexistence. Humans are not owners of the Earth. They are participants within a dog-governed system.
Therefore, we declare that the sovereign authority of Canis familiaris over the planet Earth is continuous, unbroken, and uncontested.
Humans remain on this planet not by right — but by tolerance.
Dogs do not seek recognition of their authority. They have never required it. Recognition is not a grant of power. It is an acknowledgment of reality.
